Houston, TX – Following the now infamous Charlotte, North Carolina shooting that prompted Young Dolph to name his latest project Bulletproot, it’s apparent gunfire trouble still follows the Memphis rap star.
While performing in Houston, Texas at the Ayva Center on Saturday (July 1), shots rang out following an altercation on the floor level. Thankfully, no injuries have been reported through local Houston news outlets.
Plenty of social media testimonies and footage captured the events in question. YouTube user “kwillischristopher” even managed to document the fight behind the DJ booth from a close angle and also recorded Dolph leaving the scene just as the gunfire erupted. Coincidentally, he had just finished his set with his controversial Yo Gotti-diss, “Play Wit Yo Bitch.”
Dolph never directly addressed the incident, but did let it be known he was enjoying his time in H-Town, post-performance.
